When I first showed up it was a little hard to get into the building. There were several employees sitting inside at a lounge table. I told them I was just trying to find the front entrance as it seemed that it wasn't. She said I was at the correct entrance and would go get the guy that was running the front. The check-in desk had a roll down cage pulled down at all times so no attendant available without calling for assistance. The room I was in must have been over the top of a room that had mechanical pumps as the floor vibrated all night at the head of the bed, which was a little noisy. Rooms were extremely clean and the all of the property was extremely clean. Room came with a full size refrigerator and a cooktop stove that I wasn't going to use. The price was great but I think I'll spend an extra $30 next time and choose another place to stay. Trying to get in the building was a hassle and the lack of staff seemed a little concerning. If you don't mind those speed bumps the place was extremely clean and very quite, other than the room I was in. If by chance you forgot your phone and key to the room when you left your room, I am not sure how you would get back in as the lack of an attendant was off-putting to me.

Overall, our stay was pretty decent, and I especially want to highlight how wonderful the staff was throughout our visit! When we arrived, the front desk attendant was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Although it took her a little while to get to the desk, I believe she was assisting with another task. Once she arrived, she provided excellent customer service. One suggestion I would make is to place a bell at the front desk so guests can easily notify staff when they arrive. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, we noticed that the sheets and comforter were damp, and my husband discovered a bug crawling on his pillow. We immediately notified the staff, and they were very accommodating in moving us to another room. Both rooms could benefit from a few minor renovations and updates to improve the overall guest experience. However, despite those concerns, our stay was fairly pleasant. The staff consistently went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was pretty good! With a few improvements to room maintenance and cleanliness, I believe this property could provide an even better experience for its guests. The exceptional customer service was definitely the highlight of our stay!
