"As soon as you walk in the hotel it feels and smells of luxury! I was greeted with smiles of friendly staff. The hotel is located near the airport. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. This is my second time staying at this location and I'll be back. "

"Room was nice, the parking no so much, you had to be careful in the area the hotel was in. Our room key kept getting deactivated during our stay and had to keep going to the front desk to have it reactivate. Not a very big selection on breakfast and the vending machines either would not return your money or allowed you to put money into it. Staff was pleasant but not so much the other guest that stayed near our room thag would cause the hallway to smell of cigarettes or weed. College Park Police would patrol the parking lot and assume you where a criminal. "

"Filthy rooms , dirty sheets, black feet from floors, one washcloth for two people, bad shower. Overall lack of maintenance. Staff was very unprofessional- reeked of pot at the front desk and the service was very lackadaisical. "

"Room was in horrible condition. Curtains falling off, holes in bathroom tiles, sagging roof section and patches, large gaps in door to hallway, paint on carpet and curtains, fridge broken and smelled horrible, sheets had holes. Only still stayed here because we were there for one-night for four hours until our early morning flight."
