Such a great place for my friends and I to relax and fellowship while attending the conference. Great big tables to allow us room to sit together and beautiful weather! The drive was a bit steep for a church van but once we figured to come up Lakeview drive instead, it was not bad at all. Easy drive to LeConte conference ctr.
Before running this property I read the reviews some good some bad decided to rent it anyway the way found that it was very is very very comfortable We absolutely adore the property and the property and enjoy our stay we we did not get to utilize everything In the way that we wanted to in the time that we were there Like the theater room But our overall stay was excellent at this property would definitely recommend it for anyone that would love to go up to up to the Tennessee mountains.
This cabin is very dated and the pictures online aren't even close to what the cabin actually looks like now. I would suggest updating the photos to reflect the true state of the cabin. The downstairs has a terrible smell and needs to be addressed. Otherwise the cabin met our needs for thr number of beds for 10 adults.
We enjoyed our stay at Diamond in the rough. The location was good and, short drive to Pigeon Forge main drag. The amenities were very good Pool table, air hockey, theatre room, Zbox, fire pit, gas grill, screened porch and hot tube. The property management was very nice and addressed all the issues we had very quickly they were all very minor. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had 6 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids. The only negatives were bedroooms and baths were a little dated, the main floor bath rooms have some plumbing issues . The lower lever (game room) has a musty smell and the theatre room couches are worn out. Although the cabin as fairly clean, it could use a deep clean and some renovations.
Over all is it a decent place and I would stay there again in the future.

This property is less than desirable. Looks like they started to put work and into it since older reviews and then maybe ran out of . very used outdated furniture for seating in basement not cleanily comfortable at all! I found mouse turds in the outdated bathroom in the basement. Furniture was few and far for the size of the house. The beds were pick and choose comfortable. It could be allot cleaner with just a good deep clean put nto it. You can not open the windows because there are cob webs and no screens . The back area where you sit outside to eat needs cleaned VERY BADLY. WE DIDN'T EVEN USE it. 15 people and staying 8 days. You would assume the trash is going to get full quick and you can't leave the trash outside uncovered because of the bears. So you know the trash is going to have to be emptied? Well we asked and they told us that we needed to take it to an address 10-12 minutes away and we took it there and the guy told my husband that it's for home owners Only the resident of the home had to bring it there, so they're sending people to this place to drop the trash off from this rental and it's their job to do so. The guy even told my husband to tell the renter that info. he told my husband he has told other people to tell that same renter that several other times. The hot tub is a rigged up lil mess for the filtration so you have to fill it for them alot and you can't get it to full or it will leak because they have it rigged up with pieces of cement. Needs ALOT
