“Family from Virginia and Knoxville stayed in the house. Ver y impressed with the accommodations. The only complaint that was said is that some of the dishes were not clean that was pulled out to use but we washed them. Shannon is a very helpful and understanding. We will definitely like to use it again. ”

“The listing is a faithful description of the property. It reminded me of the farmhouse that my mother grew up in, swinging screened door and all. My two friends and I visited for a hiking weekend while my daughter finished her last week of summer school at Sewanee. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when I asked to extend the stay to help my daughter pack up. “Our stay was short but our accommodations were sweet. The home is beautifully decorated and pristine. We tried to enjoy all the seating areas and the amenities ie. pool table, fire pit, gazebo and dock. Our host was extremely helpful, courteous and genuine. We couldn’t have gotten a better host. ”

“The property is all you’d ever want if you want a clean, beautiful and quiet location. The owner was super helpful with all of the information provided about the property. The house was lovely!! The location was off the beaten path yet very close to all of the attractions on Chattanooga. We throughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved everything about our stay. The place was clean and well stocked. The dock was perfect for fishing (we brought our own gear). The Kayaks and floating Lilly Pad provided hours of entertainment. The hot tub was clean. A large dining table for meals and games. Living room had lots of comfortable seating. The deck was perfect sitting and playing board games when a storm rolled through. The view was great! Property management was very responsive. We will come back! ”

“The cabin is beautiful. My 14 year old son loved the upstairs space with the sofa bed. It was the perfect gaming setup and he enjoyed the projector. The whole family had a ball on the gaming table. My husband and I made the lower deck our hangout space, while the teens spent time on the middle deck. We will most certainly book again.”

“We stayed here for our honeymoon! We were planning to be out for most of our time, and have the cabin to come back to at night; however, the weather had other plans for us! But nothing was nicer than having a nice, cozy cabin to hole up in and watch the rain! It was especially nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the nature as it rained! We definitely plan to come back!!”

“Properly and tiny house were great. Loved the little creek and fire pit area. Hammocks and swing was so relaxing. We seen quite a bit of wildlife. Will definitely love to plan a girls retreat here again. Good times!!”
