“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room appeared to be clean enough (no hairs in the shower, not too dusty) but the entire building smelled of smoke so even thought we had a nonsmoking room, all our stuff smelled like smoke after one night and my throat is sore from breathing it in all night. Also, the pool that was advertised looks like it hasn't been functional in a few years.”

“Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains. There was also a massive hole punched into the wall with a towel shoved into it. I would not recommend sleeping here, but it has definitely become my go-to hotel to get……

“I doubt you could find a better bang for your buck in this area. As a business traveler, I often stay in the Jasper area. As long as SureStay maintains their current excellence, especially at their constant competitive prices, I will choose only SureStay Jasper. Clean, wonderful staff, and convenient. During my most recent stay, I left two boxes of sample product, which were intended for a customer. The front desk called immediately, and the problem was solved. Lovely!!!”
