"Always great here, clean and lovely location and close to everything you need. We shall be back…this has been our 3rd night here"

"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. "Lovely apartment with hotel-type facilities in an excellent beachfront location. Well appointed and great pool. Very quiet place, ideal for getting away from it all."

"We absolutely loved staying here. Views, staff, food, everything was great"

"The staff was very friendly. If you needed anything, they were always there to help. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. A quiet area, yet close to the beach—an ideal location."

"Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home."

"Great hotel, clean, safe, close to Old Town, incredible staff. Highly recommend!"

"Good location for restaurants and close to a small beach, also enjoyed the spa."

"Rooms were spacious, clean and had beautiful views of Chania! The breakfast buffet was a real highlight with the range of food and the staff were so helpful. Great facilities such as onsite car rental and gym. Great free shuttle which helped us a lot. At times there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs restaurant which wouldn’t stop until 12am. Rooms could’ve been soundproofed."

"Beautiful hotel in a prime location with an excellent view."
