"It was a great experience except the door lock would not work every time we went out. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was awesome! It would have been great if they had any concierge service with tourism information with knowledge of local attraction's."

"I could not have asked for a better stay! Service was impeccable. I was treated as a VIP by each and every staff member. I will definitely be staying at the Penninsula when I return to Bangladesh!"

"The hotel is clean and nice. Staff members are well-versed in their duties. Foreigners will not be disappointed if they stay there."

"Very clean hotel. Very good location for business people."

Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office....
