The management company failed to communicate with the owners about the unsafe feelings we felt staying at the house due to the neighborhood. “Our condo was a beautiful condo located on the first floor in bldg A. It was great not needing the elevator and, since it was on the same floor, having quick access to both the pool, beach, and parking deck was very convenient. The condo was super clean, airy, and bright! The reason for the 4 star vs. 5 star rating is two-fold. 1) The king bed's mattress really needs an upgrade and 2) The back porch is fenced which doesn't allow a door to easily walk to the beach. The restaurant in the pool area……

“Nice place, the pool and hot tub were definitely the stars of the stay! We did have constant wifi problems, the wifi our unit was supposed to have did not exist. The upstairs unit is very, very, very loud- think of a herd of elephants above you. The cieling has lots of marks on it, probably from people beating on the cieling to get the unit upstairs to quit pounding the ground so loudly. Overall a great place but something needs to be done upstairs to make it a lot quieter. Our upstairs……

“The Condo was beautiful, just like the pictures..... But there was sand all over the floor and we have a toddler so we couldn't put him down until we swept and mopped (There wasn't a mop so we went and bought a cheap mop to do it.) We mopped several times so you might want to put a mop in the room. We also bought a dish sponge so we could do the dishes. Speaking of dishes, I said we were a party of 7.....and there were 3 plates, 3 bowls and not enough silverware for our party so we had to buy……
