"The condo was easy to find and the parking was easy also. The unit was clean, updated, and spacious. We appreciated being able to bring our pets. We stayed in a downstairs unit with our bedroom window directly by the hot tub outside. There was no curfew on the hot tub so other guests stayed out there until 2 or 3 in the morning which did not allow us much sleep on those nights. "The furniture is very old. The mattress is deeply sagging in the middle and on all sides. You won’t get much sleep. Instead of replacing the mattress, there is a 3 inch piece of foam on top which only covers the springs so they don’t push into your body. It doesn’t provide any support so be prepared to slump instead of sleep. The sleeper sofa was badly stained and I wouldn’t sit on it so I definitely wouldn’t sleep in it. Sandestin is a great resort with plenty of other options-go somewhere...
