WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!

Arrived at this Home Inn I booked on hotels.com using the address in my email from them. The address was actually 51 not 53. The room was very cheap for 148 CNY per night. On checking in they told me I was at the wrong hotel and should be at Shanghai Airport Home Inn and it was 200 CNY away in a taxi. I spent 5 hours talking to this hotel and the airport hotel and 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and finally it was 3am and I had to pay 325 CNY to stay at this hotel! I still can't believe it. Today I emailed hotels.com demanding a refund for the difference in price because I was at the exact hotel I bought and had a reservation for! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! A TOTAL SCAM!

この住所のホテルは存在せず、電話番号も違っています。 エクスペディアからの予約もちゃんと取れてませんでした。 如家快捷酒店は上海市内にたくさんあります。 掲載していた住所のすぐ近くで、たまたま空いていたので泊まれましたが。 ただちにこの住所のこのページに掲載している如家快捷酒店ホテルは削除してください。
