Some way to go
While the staff was very friendly and helpful, this was not a great experience. The apartments are hard to find, the map/location in Hotels.com app was wrong, again, and when you arrive to the apartments, they look nothing like the picture as the apartments are located within a compound with security. With minimal english spoken by taxi drivers, this was quite distressing. I was concerned with how we would get back into the apartment complex without speaking mandarin to get through security, but the staff gave us a hand written note to get us past security. All written in mandarin. The room was ok, but it was noisy. The apartments are close to Disneyland, however as the brown line goes directly there, you can stay in the city and train out in 30-40mins and it will cost you a lot less. The staff member who helped us was great, but I wouldn't recommend someone stay here.
