Great location in the heart of the business district, with shopping right at the doorstep. The hotel is clean, luxurious, and the service is exceptionally attentive. Very family-friendly, with kids’ activities and a children’s play area on the terrace.

One of the best hotels I ever booked. The employees are extremely helpful and friendly, very very professional. Cleanup of my room happened even multiple times per day! The breakfast buffet was huge and all food was very fresh.

A beautiful hotel room with a view over the city. It was what I expect from a Ritz Carlton. What surprised me was that at the front desk and at the concierge there was little English spoken. Translation apps were used. And things often got confusing. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is surrounded by magnificent stores and shopping. It is a good location on West Nanjing Rd. The subway is close for the number 2 line. All of the staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.
