“First room we got, there was thrash in the thrash can, hairs in bathroom, and leftover food in fridge and possible blood stains on bed sheets. We asked for another room and pretty much the same, food and beer in fridge, thrash in thrash cans and hairs in bathroom also.”

“We booked this last minute, and while the location is very nice, the name is a bit misleading. It’s not actually "on the lake". Our “lakefront view” offered only a small glimpse of water in the distance through the trees, and there’s no direct lake access unless you drive through the neighborhood. Be sure to check operating hours—the lodge was closed during our stay, so we didn’t get the full experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the mattress was...
