Friendly and helpful staff

I had 7 rooms booked for my touring band. We checked in late (after 11pm) after our show near Pittsburgh. Debbie, behind the desk for the night shift, was awesome, friendly, and helpful, when checking us in late in the evening. She was also quite sociable (and funny) while a few of us hung out in the lobby, late night. The rooms were fine. Clean and comfortable. In the morning, my phone started blowing up with texts from my band members saying there was no hot water. Several members called the front desk but there was no answer. When we met in the lobby to check out, we were told there was a power outage and that the heater takes time to get going. I understand things happen, but the 2nd most important purpose of a hotel stay is getting a decent shower before you leave and that didn't happen.

The staff was extremely friendly and always with a smile. The room was very clean and spacious, the pictures did not do it justice. The breakfast was more than I was expecting, not just coffee and bagels, but juices and waffles too! The whirlpool tub in my room was the ultimate relaxation! Will definitely stay again if I am ever out that way again.

Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We also enjoyed the breakfast. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be staying here again.
