"Poor customer service, had fake picture of a pool that was not at their hotel, in fact its at another hotel thats miles away and you have to pay to use it. after I raised the issue they removed the photos, and promised return the booking cost. But they never did. The pictures over all are deceiving, and touched up too much. This place is no where near the beach or has a clear view of the beach or the sea, even from their top floor. The area is very noisy and not classy at all. I paid for two nights and checked out after being there for 8 hours. "

"Had a fantastic stay at Joer Beach Resort. It is has the lerfect location and right across the road from the beach. Mohammed at the from desk reception was very helpful and friendly. The sea view room was spacious and air conditioning worked perfect. Will come back to stay again next time."

"Great location right across from the beach. Rooms are quiet despite the activity outside on the street. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast spread was amazing, had lots of local options to try. Our only complaint is that it says that you have free self-park on site which is not true. It was a scramble just to find any random parking on the street. "

"The place is amazing for the price. The room is spacious and very clean. Our room had a balcony! The staff were sooooo niice and welcoming, especially Shahd at the reception and Ahmad Al-Masri at the restaurant. They were really helpful. The hotel has underground parking which was so convenient as well and there is a pharmacy in case someone needed anything. Highly recommended and would definitely go again!!"
