"The room was pretty clean. I stayed about a week, so I cleaned for myself during that time. There's no carpet in my room, so I swept and mopped the floors (you have to with a dog who sheds like mine, and I didn't want to save that all up for housecleaning when I left), and I pretty much always scrub the tub at hotels, and I did the same here. I wasn't put off from sleeping on the sheets or anything, though, and I'm picky. Breakfast is decent. Only hot items are waffles and toast/bagels, but there's muffins, fruit, and cereal too as well as coffee, milk, and juice. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The woman that works at the front desk was nice to work with as well as the majority of the men. I ran into a bit of an issue when one of my reservations ended and my bank mistakenly shut off my card before the next reservation and I needed to get it turned back on. The man I initially talked to about this issue wasn't the most accommodating or friendly at first, but I got it worked out in the end and everything ended up being fine. Staff was accommodating in welcoming my service dog without issue, and that was very much appreciated. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It's a quality, affordable option with a professional and helpful staff, and I am happy with my stay."

"Timer on Fridge was frustrating. Not sure if it is a safety issue or to cut overhead costs. Not a fan of having to recool over and over and don't see why someone even thought that was a good idea. Staff Friendly, they did good even when you could tell they were short staffed. The window was missing a latch at the bottom which made it sound like it was part way open and road noise seemed pretty loud at times, but not a deal breaker. Parking was good. Location was easy to find and close to food, gas, etc, Thank you"

"Overall a good experience staying here two nights in mid-week. The accommodations were nothing special but everything worked properly and staff was pleasant. I thought the price a little high, but it seemed in line with other comparable properties nearby. About a 45 minute drive to downtown Cleveland. One complaint: The carpet in the room was old and somewhat nasty looking. I hope when the hotel replaces it they'll go with vinyl plank flooring instead."
