“More than I ever would have expected. Beautiful setting. Lovely cottage with all the amenities. Walk right out the front door into beautiful wooded areas and nearby stream and waterfall. Folks were friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I hope to return someday soon. ”

“This was amazing, I came to visit my bf, so we just stayed in this little home. Amy is so nice, she made sure if we needed anything. The inside is exactly how it looks in the pictures, the neighborhood is quiet. Definitely will come again!!”

“The lovely cottage, amazing pool, covered deck, beautiful landscaping, cute dogs, and kind hosts combine to make for the perfect oasis in Chico. I'm grateful to have been able to stay there while moving my son into Chico State. ”

“Lovely cottage, very comfortable and very clean. The interior was beautifully decorated, kitchen was well supplied and we appreciated the thoughtful coffee station. Large gas fireplace to enjoy along with a nice library of books. The king sized beds were very comfortable. We wished we could have enjoyed this space a little longer. Our host, Josh, was always available for anything we needed. Highly recommend this cute cozy cottage.”

“The home was so thoughtfully prepared for us. The check-in was simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked and as such we could easily make our own meals. We had no issues with electronics - i.e., wifi, tv, etc. The location was central to everything we were doing. We had rented a car and it typically took 10 minutes or less to every place we needed to go.”

“Great little place! Enjoyed breakfast on the deck with family and good conversations in the living room. It may be farther from town than some folks are looking for, but if you're looking for a good escape to the Butte Creek Canyon, this is hard to beat. ”

“The decor was unobtrusively part of the house, yet drew you in at the same time. A lot of thought went into making you feel welcome,and then immediately at home at the same time. Everything was spotless clean, an inviting aroma just as you walk in. Everything was explained in friendly detail. This was a 5 star experience. We will be back. “Were unable to get inside upon first arriving, messaged host and they replied shortly. Locked ourselves out later in the stay and once again they replied promptly. The property and interior were wonderful with a great view and working amenities. Thank you hannah and Rob!”
