The check in process was slow, the girl kept staring at her computer barely saying a word. Almost 15 minutes. One point i asked if there was a problem and she said since i booked off the internet thats why. The television only got infomercials all other channels were blocked. Same girl said it was because it was cold out. Hmm i have same directv at home and that has never happened. The parking lot had not been plowed from a storm 2 days ago, except for just 2 passes in the middle. I own a jeep, so no big deal. Had i been in my wifes kia, it would not have gone well. I really got a sense that the hotel is struggling financially with the amount of services that seem to have been compromised. I wont be coming back to this hotel. Although the room seemed clean, it made me question if other services such as cleaning were compromised as well.
