A lovely spacious lower ground floor apartment.   
Two double bedrooms, double bed and a king size.   
The living room has patio doors where you can access the outside terrace complete with seating and a table.  
Modern kitchen with a fridge & freezer, oven, hob & microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.   
Bathroom with separate shower cubicle, a bath, handbasin & toilet.   
43” T.V, dining table & 4 chairs.

This property is fully non-smoking. Please do not light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.   
Ensure you do not lose your keys or lock them in the apartment as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.   
  
Housekeeping  
Please note there is a shoes off policy in this house we would appreciate it if you left your shoes at the door.  
Before vacating the property, we ask that you please leave the cottage how you found it upon arriving. Please ensure that it is left reasonable clean & tidy and the following has been completed before leaving;

If furniture moved, it is placed back   
Clean & tidy  
All perishable items removed and placed into outside bins
