“This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. I really found that above……

“Having read previous reviews that criticized the reception, staff, excessively loud A/C, uncomfortable beds, etc, I arrived with definite worries. Our stay could not have been better!!! The hotel was filled to capacity, but our check-in was completely smooth, even with our early arrival. The bathroom was spacious with a fabulous shower with strong water pressure. “Room very comfortable and clean; appreciated free wifi, breakfast, coffee, iron and hairdryer. But best of all, the warm welcome that Brian at the Reception Desk gave us and all the information he gave about Great Barrington, excellent recommendations on dining spots and, especially, telling us about the Clark Arts Institute in nearby Williamstown which was the highlight of our trip to The Berkshires. “Very nice place. Quiet. The breakfasts are included and are upscale with excellent staff service. Unless you are young and don't care, make sure you get a ground floor room - the upstairs rooms require a walk up a large staircase, and are inconvenient. Would definitely return. ”

“This was a return stay at Eden Rock. The room is modern, well-appointed, clean, with very comfortable beds. Access to an outside area is pleasant. Quiet location, convenient to Great Barrington and Berkshire attractions. While there is no front desk or reception area, instructions for accessing the room are easy to follow.”
