"The view and river were the best part! It's hard to find a place for 11 people and it was great that everyone could have their own bed with extra space. The layout of the home worked great for our group as well. However there were some issues, the dishes must not have been used recently so before using any dish we had to wash. Comforters and blankets were dirty, looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time. Hot water lasted maybe for two showers so be sure to take a quick shower if you...

"Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at the hobbit house. The house is absolutely perfect and has everything you need! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen( haven’t used the outdoor grill yet) and relaxing on the couch watching movies. I enjoyed seeing the deer around the property and would drink my coffee watching the rabbits every morning. This trip came at a time where I needed to relax and this was the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back again!! "

"Excellent venue for hosting a multi generation family reunion. Bedrooms with bathrooms a plus, lots of amenities (games, fire pit, space to engage in many activities), mini kitchen in basement, close by playground and pond across the street were all appreciated. Great communication with host, east check-in and departure procedures. "
