"Although the quality of our room was decent for the price, it was incredibly disheartening to not be able to access our room using the key card system. We had to visit the front desk over 8 times in less than 24 hours to ask for help accessing our room. While Dayana was kind and gracious, Kimmi was rude and dismissive when we asked for help. Even telling us that “housekeeping has no problem. We were late to an important event due to her unwillingness to listen to the issue and help us. "
