"My original room was actually leaking water from the ceiling, but the front desk was very accommodating in helping me switch rooms. The rooms here are nice and spacious! The wooden appearance and green color scheme gives off soothing, nature vibes. The staff is decent; they open the front door for you and serve cart snacks on the lobby floor. The convenience of this hotel is easily the best aspect though, as it connects to a decent shopping mall with many food options."

"The hotel was very beautifully decorated with accommodating and friendly staff. The room was decorated with modern decor and was clean. The breakfast had lots of options of both western and Chinese food with a variety of options for vegetarians too. The pool was clean and spacious."

"The walls are like paper thin so one could hear conversations along the corridors. There was also some construction which for some reason they had to start at 10 am every morning. The pillows were also too soft for proper neck support. That said, the only redeeming feature was the view. But no amount of view can make up for proper rest."
