The room was lush. Very clean and nice view! The only down sides were the invasion of ants in the kitchen. And the two dirty glasses that were given to us for when we stayed there.

Never received the pre check in instructions despite e-mailing the owner twice Sunday and saying I would not be contactable because travelling on the Monday, got no response to e-mails and even checked prior to leaving Monday morning - hassle. The room & bathroom wasn't cleaned for the 4 nights I was there, not were any complimentary teabags/coffee/sachets/milk sachets replaced through my stay - in fact the room remained as I left it each day, so clearly no cleaning was done. Breakfast was poor - do it yourself and the quality of the food was poor, including just getting whatever wasn't eaten the day before out the following morning - who knows how long some of the scones, crumpets and croissants had been around. Cheap reformed ham and reformed chicken slices in tupperware containers, very unappetising. Tried some the first morning, didn't repeat the experience and stuck with cereal after that. Not sure I got the room I booked as differs from the photo but room was comfortable enough. No fire evacuation posters anywhere, no fire exit signs - thought these were a legal requirement - no welcome packs in rooms, so no information about anything related to the property, the stay etc etc.

Great B&B in Sheringham
Brilliant B&B in Sheringham. Clean and newly decorated. Great bed. Really nice breakfast. Although it's 'only' continental, it's got a huge variety and choice, we were pleasantly surprised. Although it was self Check-In , there were really friendly hosts during breakfast on both day to show us where things were and clear up. Really recommended .
