“Estuvimos en el apartamento mas grande, estuvimos muy cómodos y con mucho espacio. Dormi en el tatami super cómoda y mi marido en la cama también. La ducha tenia buen caudal y elmaugua estaba muy caliente, el gel y champu se sentia muy buenos. Cocina bastante completa pero sin condimentos , solo se echo de menos una cafetera. Ubicación muy comveniente de todo. Repetiría sin dudarlo. ”

“The location is perfect for walking and bus access anywhere oin Kyoto. The street is quiet, beautifully paved, with a canal and trees on one side, and the beautiful river walks on the other. It was the prettiest neighborhood we saw in Kyoto and we traveled all over! Kitchen is well equipped and staff highly responsive to whatever is needed, The rooms are large and quiet, the beds amazing, and super helpful desk staff 12 hrs per day. “La habitacion de Hello Kitty es impresionante a mi hija le encanta este personaje y por eso fuimos, se fue encantada con la experiencia(té, hilo dental, cepillos de dientes etc, todo es de hello kitty) lo unico que no esperes un servicio personalizado, te atienden desde una ubicacion remota y uno mismo llena su ingreso, hasta los pasaportes escaneas, hay que dejar la habitacion limpia y sacar la basura para no esperar cargos extras ojo con eso.”

"The hotel was 10/10\. The entrance is easy to access by elevator and the location is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, a Seven-Eleven just steps away, and the metro station is very close, making it easy to get around the city. The reception staff were very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage hours before check-in. The rooms are spacious (ours was for three people and everyone had their own bed). The bathroom is separated from the bathtub/shower, which is very convenient, and the hotel provides many amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, towels, sleepwear robes, and a hair dryer. Each floor also has an ice machine and a microwave, which I especially appreciated because I injured my foot during the trip and needed ice every night. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, and it also offers room service or several restaurants one floor below the reception with discount coupons. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kyoto."
