"We only stayed here for one night, for a concert at York College, but it was very nice and had everything we needed and then some. They could be a bit better eco-focused (instead of providing everything in those little plastic bottles, but at least the soap was in a paper box instead of plastic!). Breakfast was pretty typical, but at least it was there along with decent coffee. All hotel breakfasts could basically provide more protein options, not just this one. I was particularly bummed that they have a nice pool and Jacuzzi area, but was told they closed it during the pandemic, and never reopened it! Some of us with arthritis would love to have a hot tub to help with that! Overall, though, a clean and friendly option -- we would definitely book there again."

"A bit outdated with a average size pool. Only 1 working elevator at the time of our stay. Other than that, a fine hotel for a short stay. Close enough to Hershey and other major stores. "

"Our stay was wonderful the pools & dining areas is where we spent most of our time. Jon has such great communication & people skills. He introduced himself and made us feel wanted at the hotel. He & the other staff made our stay worth our while. When I was in line checking in Jon tried to attend to everyone and made everyone very comfortable. Me & my family will definitely be spending another weekend at the red lion"
