Great unique place to stay. Perfect location!

Everyone at the reception is rude and has no training in customer service, much less receiving tourists. I had a two-bedroom suite with a kitchen for a week. I went with my whole family to snow ski. Nobody at the reception wears masks or takes precautions, BUT they use the covid excuse to never clean the room or replace anything. During our seven day stay they never did "INCREDIBLE" cleaning service, and they do it to pay the housekeeping employees less. On the third day we called reception because we had all the garbage baskets full, and they told us that we ourselves should lower the bags to throw them away. Thanks to the housekeeping employees that we found down the hall, who were very kind and helped us through this bad experience.
