They had to change rooms three times. First foom didn't have AC and the bathroom light didn't work. The room smelled mildew and baseboards were falling off the walls exposing mold and mildew. There was no toilet paper. The second room was just as bad as the first room. Then when we got to the third room, just like the other two. No lights and trashcan. It again smelled like. Mildew but we were way to tired to continue and went to sleep. The sleep was horrible because noise up and down the hallways. I am totally disappointed and think that this site should better screen the hotels beforehand.

Pictures do not adequately portray real conditions. There was a thin layer of what felt like grease on my floor. My deadbolt did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work.

A complete dump, before I walked in main area lobby to check in people hanging around outside that don’t even move there. Known prostitution and drugs in the area. The. Get in lobby and AC is broke, there are garbage bags from where they cleaned tie rooms stacked up close to desk check in with flies all over them. They finally get to me and print out my room receipt and the printer sits out a crinklied up receipt. I already know it was a bad sign before that. So she gives me a room and when I get to it it’s partially cracked open. I figured maybe the forgot to close it or someone may still be in there so I knocked. The cleaning lady answers who still has t even finished cleaning the room and there I am with my luggage ready to go in. She told me it would be about 15 more minutes because the place was trashed with leftover food and it was taking her a while to clean it all up. I’m like great this is my room? She finally finishes, she actually did a decent job of cleaning, problem is the room now remakes of fresh cleaning chemicals and the floor was still wet from where she mopped. I finally get settled in and only half of the light bulbs are working . No one bothered ti replace the burnt ones so I had to open the curtains for light and the outside parking lot was not pleasant to look at . AC actually worked good I was surprised and the furniture and bed appeared to be recently replaced so that was ok. Stayed 2 nights, actually quiet at night. I was expecting loud parties.

Would not have boarded my dog there. I am more upset with Expedia than the hotel. They presented false and misleading information on the web site. Got there and asked to see the room, it was horrifying, would not stay even if offered a hazmat suit and room was free. The aroma was indescribable.

This place is so bad there are holes in everything I wouldn't recommend ANYONE STAY HERE EVER! The pictures don't let them fool you they are not of this hotel because it's very dilapidated.

BLOOD WAS ONTHE SHEETS, THE ROOM HAD ROACHES, AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK. I AM CURRENTLY WAITING ON A REFUND. THE HOTEL IS POORLY RAN AND THE THE ROOMS ARE UNSAFE, DIRTY , AND SOME OF THE STAFF ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABIYT THE CUSTOMER. IT IS REALLY REALLY SAD.

Worst hotel i ever seen in my life. How could you post them on your website. Dope people everywhere. Nasty hotel inside and out Children and senior are not safe there. I would like a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Came into town for a quick visit. Just needed a place to rest and shower so we picked this because it was cheap. They say you get what you pay for! We still paid too much! Front desk was nice and courteois, which is the only nice thing i will say about this place. Got my key and drove around back to our room. Hesitant to even get out, and when we did we were stopped by a security guard in Full on Swat gear( Bullet proof vest and all). Should have been our first clue. Went inside and felt like i was iwalking down an insanse asylum or hospital hallway. The smell of beer, weed and mold was overpowering. Ceiling was missing tiles. Exppsed pipes and mold. Walked into room and walked right back out. No toilet paper, floors were slick and greasy. Room smelled bad. Curtains wouldnt close. Bed sheets were dirty! Now we know why they offer no refunds. We used it as a learning experience and took the loss. UNSAFE, UNCLEAN, and Unfortunately misrepresented on website. Ive stayed in some dives before but this made me want to sleep in my car, even after a 7 hour drive. But not sleep in my car in their parking lot. We went somewhere else and got a room. Never even went back except to leave my key the next day.!
