"We loved our stay at HIGH TIDE. It was the perfect place to enjoy all Nantucket has to offer. We were a 10 min drive or 20-30 min bike ride from most destinations- Beaches, Sankaty Lighthouse, town. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or shopping in town. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. The outdoor dining was the perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners. perhaps the best feature was an outdoor pool with seating. Thank you for such a memorable stay!"

"Our family just stayed at this property for two weeks and we have only excellent things to say about it. We have just booked it again for next summer. It is a beautiful property in a tranquil setting lovingly maintained by the owners, with everything in tip-top condition. The owners were very helpful and responded to our questions quickly, both before and during our stay. The whole house is well laid out. It has two lovely bedrooms with ensuites as well as two other lovely bedrooms that share a third bathroom. The upstairs living area is large with lovely views. There are a lot of indoor and outdoor seating areas, a powder room, a laundry area and a dining table that seats 8, as well as a kitchen table in the kitchen. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with lots of dishes, serving dishes, cooking pans, and appliances. The 'walk' on top of the house has fabulous views. The property is beautiful with lovely lawns and flowers. The pool is fantastic and has a secure fence leading into the pool area. With two small grandsons that was important to us. The pool has an area for swimming laps, but also has steps and shallow areas perfect for the kids. There are pool toys at the house that were enjoyed. The wifi at the house was terrific, even with multiple devices using it and the televisions had many channels to choose among. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the house. If you book this property you will not be disappointed. "

"We had a great stay in Nantucket and this Cottage was perfect for our family trip! We wanted something a bit quiet and this location was amazing - a very short walk to Tom Nevers beach, which was gorgeous and never crowded. And the location was fairly central to everything else we wanted to do while on the island (downtown, Sconset, Madaket Beach, etc). Having a car was ideal to get around as needed. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax - especially the garden where we ate a couple of family meals and the upstairs patio area where we'd have coffee in the morning and look out to the ocean. Frank was a great host and very attentive with quick responses to the few questions we did have. Definitely recommend this spot! "

"This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. Otherwise, we had a great second stay here and would definitely return! Thanks for sharing this special house."
