Da wir Fachleute dabei hatten und der freundliche Nachbar aus dem Hertehof vorbeikam und mit der Besitzerin telefoniert hat, konnte die Heizung vernünftig eingestellt werden. Jeder Raum ist einzeln ansteuerbar (von der Vermieterin). "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Lindau. The staff was exemplary, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious - and it also had an outdoor seating area with lovely views. The outside seating can be accessed throughout the day and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was spotless with great amenities. They also offer a "honor bar" in the lobby with snacks, drinks, wine and beer. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance as well."
