Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and enough room for 8 visitors to happily cohabitate, its proximity to white sand beaches and a heated pool shared by other cottages in this community make it extra special! Shaded by palm trees and offering the traditional Florida vibe, Cottage B is destined to be the one you temporarily make your own. Entering through the front door, the open concept floor plan of Cottage B harbors no secrets and as you step into the living room, you will feel your stresses and troubles instantly melt away. Sea-themed art adorns the walls, swimming across blue hued walls that complement the soft sofa and variety of chairs that the room provides. A flat screen television hangs on the wall opposite the sofa, providing entertainment during quiet times. The cozy confines of Cottage B somehow seem larger due to high ceilings and plenty of natural light and the dining room, centered between the living area and the fully equipped kitchen, is destined to be the most used spot in the home. A glass table is surrounded by cushioned wicker chairs and a modern light fixture ensures that everyone will be able to read the words on the cards of the games being played with the family. The kitchen anchors the open concept floor plan, offering all the appliance necessities to create a meal and includes a coffee maker to ensure guests are fully caffeinated. The blue walls continue into this space, creating a cool contrast to the crisp white painted cabinets. The first of the guest rooms provides sleeping space for 4 in its two queen beds topped with sea themed quilts. A flat screen television rests on the bureau opposite the beds allowing for a little mindless entertainment before occupants fall into deep and dreamless sleep. This room shares access to the main bath with the second guest room, in which you will find a standup shower and a single vanity. We loved the location with respect to downtown. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable for 2 people. And there was new construction going on right next to the cottage. So it was very noisy and lots of equipment to navigate around - not very relaxing! To the owner easy fix remove the fence around the condense unit outside for it to circulate air and the Compressor can cool down. The property is outdated and not well maintained. The property management was responsive to our emails regarding the AC not properly working and lights that didn’t work. However maintenance came twice and didn’t fix either issue. Our family was unhappy that one towel and one wash cloth per person were provided to use for the WEEK. We were actually one short and my children had to share. There is a small coin laundry room a short walk away that we used but unhappy it took away from our vacation time. ##### Kiley P. A maintenance person was working on the broken bed in the back bedroom when we arrived. He tried to glue the rail back together. He said he would be back Monday with new rails but we never saw him. We slept in a leaning bed the whole week. We also recommend that there be more than one fob to enter the beach area. That’s very inconvenient when you have adults coming and going at different times. We were a little disappointed because the property looked old. Luckily, we spent lots of time out of the cottage. ##### Cathy E. The hard part was there was a step coming out of one bedroom and two more in hallway and the same tile so u couldn’t see them well and the floor was slippery so the 3 year old hurt herself a few times and several of us tripped ##### Carol H. The place was very Pine Sol clean when we arrived. Small kitchen with small stove. Entire property was a bit tired but had three bedrooms for a larger crowd. Very utility. No complaints.
