We had a minor issue with the lock while we were staying the property, management was super quick to respond and were super friendly during the process. Loved it—of course a family member owned it. So we stayed in it again the following year. Then the family member sold it. We were so excited we found it again to stay. Pros: the beach is close—it’s across the street. The beds were comfortable. There’s a washer in dryer in unit. It’s in a great location. Beautiful to sit outside and watch the boats go by in the bay. Cons: the walk to the beach is a little longer than we remember. The beach cart had a broken wheel. We made due but it was difficult to push it to the beach. Also it was a stand up cart which sucks in the first place. The place needed updated. It looks the same from 6 years ago. ##### Jessica L. I have never had a property manager/owner so informative and nice as Anton and his family. The condo was well furnished and spacious for our family. It’s a gorgeous area on the bay side. The only difficult thing was location when traveling back and forth to the beach across street with small children. It’s a decent walk for littles. The guest room fan was making noise and the host was very responsive and it was fixed within hours. We had 4 people and it was the perfect size. Beach is a 5 minute walk.
