"The tropical breeze was very nice. It’s a conglomerate of small motels, not one contiguous property. Each is clustered around a pool. Close to the beach, clean, very spacious. Our room looked to be recently renovated. It has a full size fridge and full size stove (?!?) Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach and biking to everywhere on the key. They have bikes that guests can borrow for up to 2 hrs. The property was well maintained. "

"Absolutely loved this resort! My original stay was for a week, but I extended that by a day, just for the fact there is so much to do. Pros: The pool is nice and actually very deep • pull out l shaped sofa is great and comfortable • extremely fast and reliable Internet • smart TV in living area and bedroom • a 2 minute walk to the beach • access to shottlecock, bean bag toss and ping pong right outside your door. • full kitchen with oven, pots, pans, cups, utinsuls, microwave and dishwasher •super soft dining table chairs • no need to carry a key to access your room --------------------- Only two cons for me is the glass shower door barely passes the toilet when opened and there is no bathtub, and there are only 8 parking spots available, and one is handicap. I left the property several times and always came back to an available parking spot, but I definitely can see where that would not always be the case. Overall this is my new go-to place when I vacation to Sarasota and it should be yours as well."

"Great environment, a sneeze away from the beach! The room was clean, totally set up, just had to bring my food! Weird as it seems, this is one of the FEW condos that was EXACTLY as advertised.... Looking forward to going back!"

"Property was very nice, room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette. The pool and pool area very nice. The location is great. Close to the beach and some restaurants and bars. Each room was provided a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella to use for the beach which was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Everything was perfect, staff was very accommodating. Only minus to a great week was that it was necessary to move a heavy table each night to utilize the sofa bed."
