We had a great time with the family, I wish I had known the poolside rooms are more updated and not next to the bar. The digital locks take some getting used to. Placed perfectly in walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants.

This hotel is a bit expensive. They have a resort fee and a parking fee. But forget all that and walk across the street to my favorite beach in the country !!! There’s nothing like a sunrise walk on siesta key beach. Our check in was great with a very sweet staff member at front desk. We lucked out on a great parking space. Room was fine. Clean and comfy. Yes, would stay here again !!!

This place is well situated to take advantage of the beach and dining options. The pool is nice and well maintained. The rooms well generally nicely maintained, however, both our rooms had cockroaches that needed to be exterminated. The staff ranged from excellent to ambivalent to our needs. Parking was a nightmare.

This place was Amazing! Rooms were clean, close parking, pool access, onsite outside bar, beach access is a short walk from property . Not to.mention there is FREE beach chairs, free beach wagons, free beach cooler tp use in room and free bicycles to use. All included in the price of your room. Also within walking distance, Cafes, Fudge, restaurants, live entertainment and bars. Family friendly environment We will be coming back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cons were that the covering to door lock was broken as were the blinds on one window. The TV didn’t fill full screen due to an internal crack ( strange border around the picture) plus we were killing bugs especially not pleasant in the middle of the night. Pool was great but resort was not worth the cost

We really liked the location. You can easily walk everywhere & close to the beach. The room was just ok. It had a window air conditioner which ran & made noise constantly. It also didn’t cool or dehumidify the room very well. You could see light all around the door where heat could enter the room. Pillows were terrible, high and hard.

Lee and the staff at the resort were amazing! I have been coming to siesta key and staying at the siesta key beach resort for years. In fact since my first time in 2003 I have hardly missed a season. I have always loved the place but this last time with the new addition of the bar and restaurant and the upgrade of the rooms we had the best time ever! Thank you for all of the wonderful experiences over the years and especially this past visit. 1 million stars. Love you guys and hopefully see you next year.

We stayed in room 116 and have to provide feedback because the place was well below expectations. This is claimed to be a resort but the seats where rusty, the water doesn’t go down in the tub, paint peeling from door, noisy AC, the wall was leaking water into the room (which I reported yesterday and nothing was done) even though we had water all on the floor and had to clean ourselves. We didn’t ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily but our towels were not replaced. We go in the office and ask for more towels and told that they want the dirty ones to get fresh ones for inventory, she gave them to us with this warning . So a resort wants us to bring our dirty towels all the way to the office? This is ridiculous. We put them in the maids cart. We travel to FL often and definitely recommend to upgrade this establishment because it’s definitely not a resort. I will be posting this on Expedia as well, by far not worth the price and the pictures deceiving. This place is more like a motel and feedback will be shared.I wanted to add that we also did not like to request for ice in the office, also toilet paper, adding to our disappointing stay.

Booked this through expedia and they don't tell you where your room will be so ask before it's booked. Well we requested a change because being near their bar and lounge with the music is not an ideal place to stay if you're looking to sleep in and relax. They were good in switching our room but not until the next day. The room they switched us to was closer to the pool which was a better location but the room was definitely smaller and not remodeled like the other room we had. The room didn't have enough light for their main light wasn't working, the bathroom door needs to be replaced, and the bed was not comfortable. But it is what it is, we weren't going to let it ruin our good time. And don't plan to sleep in because you hear everything and everyone, even with eat plugs. From upstairs and next door neighbors to the cleaning the lawn it was noisy. Also not sure what is going on with the plumbing but the water had a foul smell to it. Like pond or lake water, but I know Hurricane Ian messed up a lot of places in Siesta Key, so not sure if it's related. Even the beach had a smell to it. We went to Lido Beach the next day and that one was a better beach over all. The pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't heating properly and wasn't working well.
