Ubicación Ubicación !!Vistas espectaculares de la playa y el agua desde nuestro apartamento en el ático del quinto piso. ¡Cada día disfruta de Luminous sunrise's a nuestros Magical Sunset's! Plan de piso abierto es amplio y perfecto para el entretenimiento. La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos. Bellamente decorada con sofá de cuero, butaca, sillones reclinables y DVD Smart TV / Blue Ray de 65 ".
Esta unidad espaciosa y luminosa tiene una cocina renovada, mostradores de granito, microondas, aplicación de acero inoxidable. y lavadora / secadora. Mantenerse fresco y cómodo es fácil ya que nuestra unidad cuenta con aire acondicionado central y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación.
La suite del dormitorio principal tiene una cama King con un nuevo colchón superior de confort, TV plana, vestidor y baño privado remodelado. Imagínese relajándose en la cama disfrutando de la vista de la playa de arena blanca y las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México. Esto no es un sueño, solo se siente uno!
Ambas suites cuentan con camas tamaño queen con nuevos colchones confortables, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado.
Las comodidades incluyen una playa privada cerrada, sillones, Tiki Hut con parrilla, área de picnic con parrilla, piscina climatizada con baños.
Los ascensores están ubicados en el centro del edificio. Los carros disponibles para llevar su equipaje están ubicados en la planta baja junto a los ascensores. Lavandería con monedas en cada nivel por los ascensores. Hay estacionamiento asignado en el nivel inferior con estacionamiento adicional para huéspedes con un permiso de la oficina.

Perfect place.

We had a wonderful week with the family, celebrating our younger son engagement and our older one 40th's birthday Unit was perfect, a lot of space for everyone, comfortable beds, beautiful deco, gorgeous view from the big balcony. The condo is in a great area, restaurants, ice cream shops, and little stores in front of building, no need to move your car. Communication with host was great, felt like talking with a family member. This is the perfect place in Siesta, don't think twice and book it. Thank you Sue.

Amazing!

For a family of six, this property is amazing! Three bedroom/3 bath makes everything so much nicer! And the patio view of the ocean - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Owner is very responsive and kind. Amazing stay!

Family vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo had lots of space for us to hang out together. My parents are elderly so it was very easy walk to the beach for them. The kitchen was well stocked. Our host, Sue, was fantastic! She gave me a list of restaurants to try during our week there and we tried most of them. They were delicious. I highly suggest renting umbrella’s and chairs.

It was a great week and the condo was beautiful. Had no issues and the host was very responsive. I would warn people needing handicap accessible facility that the front stoop has a short step up. If you have a motorized wheelchair it might be an issue. My husband was able to get in and out, but it took some help from my son. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Beach Condo

The Condo exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, nice kitchenware, and a super nice owner/host. The living room is super spacious with a large tv for nighttime movie watching. The views of the ocean are great, only slightly missing the sunset view. We enjoyed the balcony all hours of the day because of a nice breeze that blows through. Overall, a great place to stay and we may be coming back in the future!

Spacious Comfort Close to Everything

My family stayed in Sue's penthouse for 7 nights and we didn't want to leave! The penthouse is well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer, and beautiful views of the ocean. You can't beat the location. The beach is only a few steps away as well as a heated pool and a really nice grilling area. Just a short walk across the street is a smaller grocery store that has everything you'll need. There are many delicious restaurants across the street as well. We did not rent a car because there are free trolleys that run from turtle beach all the way to Sarasota. The trolley stop is right near the condo and runs about every 30 minutes. Frog Hop is another option and passes by the condo more often at no cost with the exception of a tip. The owner, Sue, was very responsive. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return.

Best location on Siesta Key!

We love to stay in this area of Siesta Key as it's much less crowded and easy access to get off the Key. LARGE condo with room for everyone! Super easy access to the beach. Modern and clean, comfortable bed and kitchen is as fully stocked as your own. Would stay again!

We had a magnificent time in Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and wanted. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants couldn’t be beat. The entire property was great, we used the pool and the grilling area which added to our wonderful week at the beach.

Convenient and Comfortable

This condo is SOO spacious! All the rooms are big and tastefully decorated. It has everything needed for a memorable vacation - including a washer & dryer. Perfectly located within walking distance of plenty of great places to eat and meet. There is a free trolley stop right in front of the building. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to inquiries; even called to make sure we rode out the hurricane safely. We had a great vacation here.

Adult kids vacay

This condo has great kitchen, beach and bathroom amenities. Sue is so easily accessible if there is a situation. Our 2nd year here and hope to have more. Kids are now mid 20’s with partners and plenty of room and space.

Spacious & Well Appointed

We loved our stay in 502. Perfect location, large and well equipped. Modern and comfortable accommodations for 5 adults with plenty of room to spread out. Susan was great to work with and everything was as advertised. Easy walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants and yet just steps from the beautiful sand on crescent beach. Laundry in the unit was a much appreciated amenity as well as a giant couch and flat screen TV. Beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at 10 different properties in siesta over the years and this is by far the best. From amenities, to location, size, views, it's all top notch. You will not find a better 3 bedroom unit on the beach. Sue is great and super responsive. You will have to spend near double the money to find a unit that competes.
