The house is a three bedroom, two bath ground level bungalow backing onto the peaceful & quiet intercoastal canal waterway. The bungalow style rancher house has been beautifully renovated in a coastal style and is a five minute walk to Siesta Key Village and a ten minute walk to the beach. The house has its own private heated pool and hot tub - available all year long. Enjoy fishing or just relax watching the tide come in or out from our back deck. We offer available space to boat up to the house and secure your vessel (maximum 25 ft). We also have kayaks that can be launched off our dock allowing you to kayak down the various canals whenever you wish.

There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed with a ensuite, and two spare bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Temper-Pedic adjustable mattress. The second bedroom also has a king size bed while the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. All the bedrooms have brand new mattresses.

We offer a full kitchen, an Electrolux washer/dryer and equipment required for a great beach day including beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, coolers, frozen ice packs and a cart to tote everything down for a great day at the sea.!

The house has a large back yard with plenty of room to swim, eat, suntan or just relax. It is a quiet, family oriented street. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are allowed. We have a propane bbq for those great outdoor grills.
