Welcoming staff is helpful and always at the desk when needed. The room is excellent and very clean. The property is very well maintained, clean and in convenient location. The river walkway/bike path runs along the property, making access to local businesses very easy while providing nice scenery along the way. The amenities and hot tub are clean and very pleasant. Would not hesitate to return again when visiting the area.

The block was super clean. Everyone including guest were e exceptionally kind and friendly. The hot tub had black dirt floating in the water. Pretty sure a guest got in with dirty clothes. Other than that I was way better than I expected. Loved the roof top very relaxing.!!

I was so impressed! Plus the location to the riverwalk and great restaurants. We had a drink at the bar the bartender Rob suggested we go the the Source on the Blue River and we could walk to it. What a great restaurant. I would highly recommend The Block Gina Wadsworth

Nice hotub. Private rooms are nice but a bit small with awkward TV placement. Shared spaces at this hotel were amazing. Only stayed one night but would definitely go back here. Cool being right in the river.

The staff was more than happy to accomodate an early check-in for 4 different reservations our group had (because they had the space/rooms ready early) - the rooms were great for the price and the common spaces were very nice! Perfect place to stay for a Dillon ampitheater show.
