"The house itself is great, a little rundown, and in desperate need of upgrades and maintenance (4 out of 6 lights were out in one of the bathrooms). The amenities list a pool or pool access at a neighboring property, it was simply just crossed out in the guide, and we had no pool access. The washer didn’t work, and noone communicated back with us on whether it got fixed after we brought it to their attention. The TV provider hadn’t been paid, so the TV didn’t work. "Loved my stay. Everyone who works there are super nice and friendly. The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and serene. It's an adult vibe of pure relaxation and I hope it stays that way. Everything was clean as well. I always felt comfortable and it's walking distance (get your walking shoes ready) to punda and otrabanda. The food and drinks at the hotel (lemon beach) was also fantastic! There is no tv or room service but there is an iPad if needed. The only thing I would have liked would have been having the pool area open longer hours vs 6 pm but that isn't a deal breaker. The view they have there is so nice of the ocean and I was telling my partner let's elope here however they don't do weddings yet but hope I'll be the first to know when they do since it's a fairly new hotel.
