“We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues……

“Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. ”

“My partner and I stayed last year in April at this Resort and we loved it. This year, it lacked customer service. We were very disappointed and we don’t think we will be returning. To make things clear, the resort grounds are beautiful but the stay also depends on the staff which makes it worth the vacation stay. They assigned us a room on the first floor which was very noisy due to foot traffic. Doors were slamming loudly early in the morning and throughout the day. House cleaning rolling carts……

“Check-in was easy. There is an elevator, but I didn't use it because it is a little slow, and I was near the stairs. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, and multiple outlets available (you need an adaptor if you don't have the European style prongs). The temp in the room could be a little cooler during the day, but it was perfect at night. The bathroom is a little tight, but it was sufficient. The water temp and pressure were great. I……

“Property was nice. Private room could use a mirror and a mini fridge but overall happy with my choice. Perfect spot if you want to check out the beaches on the west coast. Staff were all excellent. 4/5 stars because the food was not great on site. Cheers”

“We had an upper 1 bedroom with sea view. 2-min walk to the beach, clean pool on-site. Mini-market and restaurant directly adjacent to the apartments makes it very convenient. Good value and excellent location if you are looking for something off the tourist beaten path. Staff were helpful and kind. ”
