“Easy access, clean facility, spacious room spacious”

“The cottage was very clean, location was good and communication with the host was great. Property could use some updating and is right on the one busy highway in Door County, but traffic noise could not be heard once inside.”

“Nice kitchen, fire place.”

“The Birch Retreat apartment accommodations were very nice as described. Great large shower, but not a full kitchenette (only sink is in bathroom) but owner added lots of accessories to make it easy to do basic things. The property (and one other adjacent Plum Retreat apartment that I know of) is connected to lovely & gorgeous new Secret Gardens with a new small shop & on-site events developed by the owner; the Birch apartment is a renovated part of the re-development of the former Green Gables……

“This is a nice little condo in a great location! The pools are fantastic. My preschooler had a ton of fun sleeping on the pull-out bed, too!The resort is a bit dated looks-wise and a bit dusty. It smelled a bit like someone used to smoke cigarettes in the unit, but this did improve when we opened the windows and patio door. Overall well-kept and cared for unit that I would go back to with my family.”

“Beautiful property both inside and out. Wonderful beds and pillow and the kitchen cookware was top notch. Plenty of space and quality furnishing. The host was absolutely wonderful to work with.I highly recommend this property.”

“Said woods view. It was a parking lot view. Pullout couch mattress was terrible. Felt every spring. Resort itself was nice,”

“The house was very clean. beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had.”

“This is our second time staying at this property, and it is truly a wonderful place! Absolutely recommend. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the owners have thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you could want. Very comfortable beds and great air conditioning during the heat wave!. Plenty of room to spread out for six adults who were staying there. The location can’t be beat. The little bay is beautiful, and it is……

“Beautiful home; ample space! Great kitchen area for games with family. Game room was not what we had expected as they were located in the garage. Although this was fine, it was not what we had anticipated -- garage was too cold to really enjoy. That was only part of listing that felt misleading. Otherwise, the property is gorgeous, the hot tub is new, lovely porch chairs .. hosts are friendly and super accommodating! ”

“Very clean property (spruce suite) - we will be back! 5 min walk to restaurants and you are right by the harbor. Pool and sauna are an added bonus. Hotel was very communicative and we promptly received our code for our room prior to arrival.”
