Golf Course/Lodge Style/large/clean/comfortable/5 BR

  • This fully remodeled home with new furnishings is located on the second fairway of the Meadows course inside Black Butte Ranch. It is very close to the clubhouse and the main athletic fields(basketball, soccer, football, baseball and sand volleyball) within the Ranch. A very short distance to the main lodge pool, tennis/pickleball courts and recreation center. The Golf Home area has spacious lots which provides a more private setting within the ranch. Easy access by car from the major highway as this home is close to two entries and exits of the ranch.

    The spacious floor plan has 4,500 square feet where you can spread your family around but still have comforts of a small gathering spot. These 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 family rooms, both with fireplaces, 2 lofts and a game room can all add to your families vacation life styles. Large out door decking area. There is plenty of room for dining, sun bathing, hot tubbing or sitting by the fire pit. This home is wheel chair friendly to access all major areas on the ground level. Outdoor stone ramp for easy access into the home.

    The kitchen has all the modern major appliances and small appliances. Loaded with utensils/plates/glasses and a expandable dining area for everyone. All bedrooms are spacious with new bedding and linens. Two master bedrooms, one being wheel chair friendly. Two lofts, one is located in a bedroom, the other is above the family room, both are additional sleep/reading/game areas. The kitchen is open to one family(great) room with a fireplace and stereo. The second family room of 700+ sq. ft. has a fireplace, bar area, 50' LCD TV and stereo. The game room has a Foosball table, shuffle board and poker table and can be closed off from the family rooms and sits quietly on its own and surrounded by windows with golf course views. Full laundry facilities.

    Black Butte Ranch does charge a user fee to use all their facilities. THIS FEE IS INCLUDED IN YOUR NIGHTLY RATE! Once in the ranch, all amenities have unlimited access.

Exquisite home with large spaces and wonderful accommodation. Very easy access to Sisters and Hoodoo Ski area. 100% recommend. Joe was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend in the snow. There was a record setting snowfall the week before we were scheduled to arrive. The owner was great at communicating with me about my concerns and made sure that the driveway was plowed so that we could reach the home. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful property to spend time with family. Joe, our host was a great communicator and the home exceeded every expectation! There was room to spread out, every room had an incredible wooded, golf course view. The kitchen was well equipped for our large Thanksgiving meal, a game room with foosball and shuffleboard that our grandchildren loved, two spacious living areas with huge wood burning fireplaces and every bed comfortable! Our grands slept in the loft, saying it felt like their own tree house. We walked on the many paths, used the hot tub and tried the community indoor pool. Thank you Joe! So many great memories were created at your beautiful home.

Best multi family getaway!

This place was amazing! We are a large group with our adult children and grandchildren. We also had extended family that rented another home here at Black Butte and we were able to come together for all the fun activities Black Butte Ranch offers. The home was perfect to come together for family diners, play games, enjoy the outdoor space with the fire pit and hot tub. The home has everything you could ever need. We cooked diners there every night and the overall space of the home was wonderful for our large group. This is a beautiful home and would love to return to it on our next Black Butte trip.

Great Large Family Home

We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 1-12 years of age. We have stayed at numerous homes over the past 40 years, some not so great and some nice, but this was the best. There was plenty of room in this very large home to have separation. The home is well constructed and quiet (no squeaky floors). It's what you expect a Black Butte Home to look like. We spent every evening around the fire pit just relaxing and enjoying nightfall. We would highly recommend this home, as we will stay there again at our next Black Butte family vacation.

So beautiful

We loved this property. The pictures do not do it justice. It was so nice and a great layout. Also, it’s the only ADA home advertised in Black Butte. My husband is in a wheelchair and he was able to move around easily. And participate in all activities. We stayed in the first floor master with a roll in shower. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. 😉

Had to cancel because of fires

We had to cancel at the last minute because of the fires. The golf course was closed which is the reason for us coming. I spoke with Joe on the phone and he immediately agreed to refund all of our monies. Very professional. I’m sure his property would have been great!
