“The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. Maintenance came in made a mess in the bathroom for the guest to clean up and the breakfast was microwave breakfast sandwiches sold separately coffee was never available although there was a pot ”

“Extremely overpriced. Provided a room that was not what I ordered. The room I ordered had a balcony and only one bed ended up giving me a room with two beds with only two chairs. Parking in their parking lot was usually filled up by their own commercial fishing boats to which they blocked off most of the parking so you couldn't get in there. Price of the food was outrageous $35 for two very very small pieces of halibut no longer than 3 inches long by 1 in by 1 in. TV worked absolutely nothing……

“Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.”
