The staff was attentive and the hotel was clean as was the room and bathroom. It is at a great location within walking distance from bus stops and shopping and some of the important sightseeing locations. The breakfast spread is really good and the hotel’s restaurant food is simply amazing. The reason I can’t give a 5 because the room itself was small though, we had a double twin-bed room, there was one small closet and a small table and there was barely any space to move. Also, we reached early and asked about checkin - they immediately said the room was ready but we would be charged €50 for early checkin which we thought was odd, as if they were prepared to gouge tourists.
