The issue was they gave us a room which looked like an attic with slanted ceiling hitting our heads in the bedroom and bathroom area. Access to these rooms are terrible.
The bathroom had a tub which sat right below the slanted ceiling and we had to be hunchback of Notre Dame the whole time. Taking a shower was the biggest challenge.
They didn’t inform there is no ac in the room and it was very hot in the room. Understand there is no need for ac in Iceland but trust me the days were very warm and it gets really hot in that attic room.
Other than that , decent hotel. Location is good. Couple of ladies in the front desk were helpful the day we arrived but rest of the staff we dealt with were ok. Just avoid the attic room :)
