“This was a beautiful weekend getaway, despite the rainy weather we enjoyed the barrel saunas and hot tub and comfortable room, will be visiting again for sure!”

“I had an unpleasant experience at touchstone resort. I checked in and got a room. After a while, we realized that the kitchen sink is half filled w water and there is no water supply, the faucet is wrapped by a maintenance rag. We were shocked and we had to rush to the restaurant for dinner as it closes at 8pm. We reported it to the front desk before dinner, then they said they know and they need to move us to another room. Why would they give us this room at first??? When we get the new key,……

“Went for a concert Location was great however zero AC and no fridge in room and no place to put your close Felt like we were camping , not at a hotel Staff was friendly.. but would never stay there again ”

“Well I love this property always fantastic however as I was blowing drying my hair (with the hair dryer that’s provided in room) it literally blew up a big pow and smoking really bad and the stench was disgusting I’m pretty sure I had a heart attack lol obviously wasn’t expecting this to happen other than that it was a fantastic stay as usual I did tell the front desk when I was checking out and he said that would look into it so to future guests be careful when using the provided hair dryers……

“I am a frequent traveler to Northern Ontario”Muskokas” and allthough the front desk staff at checkin was lovely. Our sheets and room was dirty and the beds were old ans extremely soft(years of wear and tare I imagine” The TVs were old and no smart capabilty was available. The on line booking said continental breakfast but whwn I inquired I was advised they no longer offer that service. Coffee was cold and not enjoyable. I was advised they have been swamped with checkouts and did not have time……
