"This is a great little motel. Pool was out of service, which was a bummer but the beds were comfy and within walkimg distance to the ferry! Will definitely stay again!"

"Our stay here was perfect— 5 mins from the ferry to Mackinac, very clean and modern interior, and check in/out was quick and easy! This is a perfect place to stay, we didn’t mind it being on the smaller side as we spent most of our trip out and about. For the price you cannot beat this especially compared to other surrounding options! "

"This property is super clean and very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi king suite, free of charge. Our room was very clean and vibrant. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a great place to relax. The jacuzzi nailed it. After road tripping, its was just what we needed, with plenty of space for 2. The bar closed at 9, but it was off season and the first year this hotel has decided to stay open all year round. Tgeres a little store where you can purchase small snacks and drinks. The pool and hot tub stay open 24/7, enough said. I will definitely be staying again in the future. I was very impressed and pleased."
"Hotel brimming with colonial charm; cozy and inviting. Staff were friendly and attentive. Coffee, tea, and delicious baked treats throughout the day were a first class treat!"
"Very clean beautiful room, lovely hotel, very nice desk staff, the complimentary breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Off season price was great. We would definitely stay here again."
"Absolutely adorable room! The view was so perfect with the bay and the street lights. We loved sitting on the parlor porch and the beds were comfortable too! Very relaxing and very nice. We will definitely be going back !"
"We had a wonderful stay at the BSI! The Inn was very convenient for all the things we wanted to do and see. The room was clean and very nicely appointed. But the most amazing part of our visit was the hosts! Everyone we met went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed!!! Truly exceptional customer care. Thank you!!"
"Staff was so friendly when we arrived and very helpful. The property is beautiful and well groomed, even in a season when things are closing down for winter. The room is lovely, comfy for relaxing, and a great view of the Straits. We'll be back!"
