“Checked in, went to take a shower and the showerhead was broken, no maintenance man so the girl at the desk after me having to go back downstairs to see what was taking so long I found another showerhead and then I installed it. I also had to change a roll of toilet paper because there wasn’t enough on a thing to use it needed to be replaced. So I did both the maintenance man’s job and housekeeping‘s job and all they said to me in the morning when I left is sorry about that. No offer to pass it……

“Staff was super nice. We were there mostly to sleep didn't use anything of the amenities except the pool the first night.”

“Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling.”

“Overall I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here a few times. This was my first poor experience with room availability. I reserved 2 queen beds, when I got to the property I was told my room “had a maintenance issue” and only King beds were available, with the understanding I could move to a 2 queen bed the following night. I attempted to move the next morning before heading out for the day and again no rooms were available. I asked to be texted with availability, that did not happen. I had a……
