“Always had hot coffee in lobby which was awesome. Had to book on very short notice, but had no issues. Clean hotel and great staff. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast. Cheese omelets was the only eggs selection and some people can't do cheese.”

“The bathroom was dirty, there was a rip in my comforter, hair in the shower, what looked like black mold on the shower- wall, pool was not well kept. Breakfast was fine. We liked the weekend mgr more than the week day one”

“Sadly my experience was poor! From check in wing poorly staffed. Waited an hour to check in and made me lose my prepaid parking spot due to lot being closed as was late for entry to lot and had to walk a far distance and be late for concert. So upon entering non smoking room, it smelled like smoke and the shower was dirty and the floor dirty and the fridge not cold enough for food and drink. The pool closed for maintenance and the breakfast was very low quality. Disappointed for being in a very……

“I would not stay in Best Western Plus Edison Inn in Garner, NC. This is not your typical Best Western. This property was old, the rooms smelled, and the check-in experience was atrocious. I took the front desk person 20 minutes to check me in to my room at 12:30 am in the morning when no one else was around. ”

“The staff was kind. Our room was clean. The breakfast had a wide variety. I did request an early check in, which they did not accommodate, but other than that our stay was decent I will say that other people staying at this property were extended loud well after 2am, so that made it difficult to sleep.”

“This hotel is close to NC State campus. My kid had summer program in NC State and this is a wonderful location to drop off and pick up kids. It is close to downtown, shopping mall, Durham and airport. Even though the property amenities are old , the staffs are helpful and nice.”
