“Outdated. Not friendly, rude, and not knowledgable staff. The parking lot has limited space due to a food truck and seating taking prime space and their customers. If your room is near that exit, it is noisy. Breakfast- wouldn't waste my time going into the "dining" area. the juice machine was out of order. (I suspect that it is always out of order like the McFlurry machines) I asked for water as the juice machine not working. A basic necessity. Nope only coffee available. The water fountain……

“The room was clean enough, though the floor was quit dirty and needed mopping. The carpet in the hallways were terrible though and in bad need of cleaning. A far cry of our stay two years ago.”

“The property was easy to get to, very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and our stay was very quiet. Breakfast was good, had quite a few choices of items. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“Room was average but great for the price. Older hotel but served my purpose well. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was functional for a quick grab and go. ”

“The room smelled bad, carpets are very worn, burn holes on the sheets and comforter. The toilet sit very close to the shower wall (handicap room) and hard to get to the toilet paper. The air conditioner didn't work and it got warm outside and in the room. Jackie at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. Her customer service is impeccable and hard to find.”

“The afternoon desk Clerk E’nesa is the best there is, she really cares about the guest at the hotel and does everything she can do to help is they need it. I wished she worked ensured where i stay because she is the best.”
