Room was clean. Staff very friendly but the elevator MUST be fixed. We had to climb/carry our stuff up 3 flights for the 4 days were there.

Great staff and location. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just across the street from the airport shuttle bus. The lobby is warm and inviting with a wood stove, books, and board games to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Amenities are not kept up and everything just looked yucky, so we did not stay.

Awesome snowmobile ride to and from springs.

Took a snowmobile tour out to Granite Hot Springs in December and it was amazing! The water was perfect temperature - warmer where the springs flowed into the pool and cooler around the edges of the pool. The changing rooms are a short walk away from the pool so it wasn’t unbearable getting in or out of the pool.
