Beach access is steps away, with golf courses, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and parks all within an easy drive.

At home, spend the morning sipping coffee and enjoying the view from the private top-floor balcony off the primary suite, then head downstairs to make some breakfast when hunger strikes. The middle floor of the townhome features hardwood floors, an open layout, abundant natural light, and another, larger balcony with a serene water view. Take advantage of the full kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then dine alfresco on the balcony picnic table, grab a snack at the breakfast bar, or sit down for a full meal at the large dining table.


After a day on the sand, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media, or unplug entirely with a night spent in quiet conversation on one of the three balconies.
