Perfectly situated, it provides gorgeous, unobstructed views of the sound without sacrificing proximity to the beach. For a relaxing day in the sand and sun, beach access is just a short walk down 11th Ave. The resort's amenities include a private pool, and we provide beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler for your convenience. The beautifully kept grounds make the short walk to the beach or poolside all the more enjoyable.

Guest Access:

You'll have the entire house to yourselves — both living areas, all three bedrooms, the kitchen, and the decks. Check-in is self-service with a smart lock, so there's no coordinating a key handoff around traffic or flight delays. The community pool, private pier, and gazebo are open to guests seasonally, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend; the HOA sets hours outside that window.

You're on the sound side of North Topsail Beach, part of Topsail Island's 26 miles of quiet, undeveloped shoreline — no boardwalk, no high-rises, just dunes and a slower pace. Beach access is a five-minute walk down 11th Ave.

Bring the car for grocery runs, but plan to park it most of the week — this stretch of the island is made for walking to the water.

The neighborhood is compact and walkable, making it simple to explore on foot. Many attractions, like the beach and nearby amenities, are just a short walk away.



For those looking to explore further, renting a bike is a great option, as the area is bike-friendly with scenic routes. If you prefer driving, there are plenty of parking options available, and local roads are easy to navigate.



For dining and shopping, a quick drive will take you to nearby restaurants, cafes, and stores. Additionally, there are local services like boat rentals and fishing charters, allowing you to fully enjoy the coastal experience.



Other Things to Note:

Two vehicles are included — one in the driveway and one in the circle parking area using the provided pass, which must be displayed clearly. The HOA enforces parking rules strictly, and improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the guest's expense. Traveling with more than two cars? Public and paid parking are available nearby.



Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM. Ask ahead about early check-in — if the house is ready, it's $100 between 8–11 AM or $50 after 11 AM, confirmed the night before arrival.



This home sleeps a maximum of 8 registered guests, no exceptions. Please be considerate of the neighborhood: reports of excess noise, improper parking, or exceeding the guest limit can result in immediate removal without refund.



Starting November 1, confirmed bookings require a valid ID and signed rental agreement for verification. A Ring camera faces the driveway 24/7. Linens and bath towels are provided — bring your own beach towels. Questions? Message us any time.
